We’re looking for an amazing Creator of Opportunities. This is a front-end sales position whose primary role is to create and pursue job leads in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties
Discuss and evaluate customers’ specific needs and suggest solutions to meet those needs. Document these suggested services.
Calculate pricing for each job.
Accurately communicate this information to back-end sales.
Discuss proposals with customers, draft contracts and obtain a signed contract.
Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
Must be able to quickly evaluate a situation, formulate recommendations and communicate them effectively.
Working knowledge of SalesForce a plus.
Experience in asphalt, paving and concrete industries a plus, but not necessary.
