We are looking for a skilled individual who has prior experience with all things asphalt, including operating paving equipment. This person needs to possess the ability to receive direction as well as provide professional advice. Problem solving and effective teamwork is a must. This is a full-time position 5-6 days a week, and overtime is required during peak season. Pay is depending on prior work experience.

Be a part of the team. Lending a hand in all areas of the job and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
Operating the paver effectively, efficiently and safely.
Loading, unloading, securing and transporting equipment.
Share knowledge of equipment and train others on job specifics.
Qualifications
2-3 years equipment operating experience.
Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
