We’re looking for an outstanding HR Manager. This position will coordinate and manage all human resources policies, programs and initiatives. This is a full-time position.
Duties include, but are not limited to recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, insurance programs, open enrollment periods, and vacation/maternity/sick leave benefits.
Ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Handle any internal complaints, offering and/or coordinating guidance, training and discipline as needed, and overseeing OSHA compliance and training.
Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs.
Exhibit excellent leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or beyond) or HR experience is also a must.
