Human Resources Manager

We’re looking for an outstanding HR Manager. This position will coordinate and manage all human resources policies, programs and initiatives. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties

  • Duties include, but are not limited to recruitment, compensation, employee benefits, insurance programs, open enrollment periods, and vacation/maternity/sick leave benefits.
  • Ensure all human resources activities are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
  • Handle any internal complaints, offering and/or coordinating guidance, training and discipline as needed, and overseeing OSHA compliance and training.
  • Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs.

Qualifications

  • Exhibit excellent leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or beyond) or HR experience is also a must.

Required License or Certification

  • Driver’s license
