We’re looking for an outstanding Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Diamond Solutions’ crews based at our shop in Greenville, MI. These crews are primarily dispatched to job sites in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties
Leading crews in a manner that ensures they are acting in alignment with company policies and vision.
Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of work performed.
Ensuring Diamond projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
Overseeing the purchase, maintenance and dispatch of equipment.
Monitoring/managing operational costs.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Creative problem solving, decisiveness, and leadership skills expected.
Must demonstrate the ability to rally a team and motivate them to accomplish difficult tasks.
Working knowledge of FieldAware a plus.
Experience in the asphalt, paving, and concrete industries are also a plus, but not required.
