Charlotte-Douglas International is one of the busiest airports in the world and serves as a major hub for American Airlines. The maintenance facility for American has two massive parking lots for employees plus two smaller parking lots that required asphalt repair and sealcoating.
The biggest challenge for American was finding a partner that could handle detailed logistics because shutting down operations was simply not an option for this 24-hour facility. We divided the project into smaller phases so that the airline maintenance schedule never needed to stop or slow-down.

Steak `n Shake pioneered the idea of premium burgers and shakes in a fast food setting all the way back in 1934. Their founder emphasized the quality of their "Steakburger" by preparing the food in front of customers with the words "It Must Be Right" used as their slogan.
We bring that same attitude and commitment to quality with every parking lot project. The Steak `n Shake in Battle Creek, Michigan is just one of hundreds of restaurant locations across the USA that require routine parking lot maintenance. And that asphalt work needs to be completed on a schedule that doesn't disrupt business.

You don't need to be a sports fan to appreciate the enormous scale of college football facilities. These stadiums (and surrounding parking lots) are huge! The University of South Carolina needed routine asphalt maintenance work completed across more than a quarter-million square feet of surface.
This is one of those projects where the turnaround time was tight. The work needed to be completed before the college football season kicked off. Diamond quickly mobilized our crews to make sure the job was done right and completed ahead of schedule.

Diamond Solutions worked with the corporate office of the iconic Golden Arches to repave the parking lot of a double drive-thru location near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Fast food just isn't the same when you take the "fast" out of it, so keeping the restaurant fully operational was a major priority during construction.
This project included an asphalt mill and overlay for areas of the parking lot in better condition, and there was also a full depth asphalt replacement for the route around the restaurant that experiences the highest traffic. The concrete portion of the drive-thru was in good shape and did not need to be replaced yet.
