About the role

Diamond Solutions is looking for a US-based Full Stack engineer to build features end to end across our customer, partner and internal apps, from the API through to the UI. You'll work across our React and Vue front ends, Node.js/NestJS services, and shared component library — with room to shape how we adopt AI-driven tooling responsibly.

What you'll do:

  • Build and ship features end to end, from data model and API to a polished UI
  • Develop front-end apps in React and Vue, working closely with our design team
  • Build and maintain back-end services (Node.js/NestJS) integrated with MySQL and MongoDB
  • Contribute to our shared component library and keep the UI consistent across apps
  • Partner with the team on third-party API integrations (CRM, ERP, mapping, messaging)
  • Use AI tools to move fast — balancing speed with code quality, security and human oversight

Required experience:

  • 3+ years in full stack JavaScript/TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
  • MySQL and/or MongoDB
  • REST APIs
  • GitHub workflows (PRs, code review)

Desired experience:

  • Experience with AI-assisted development
  • NestJS
  • Vue.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • gRPC
  • Component libraries / design systems
  • Maps or geospatial UIs
  • Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions

About the role:

  • Fully remote (EST overlap required)
  • Reports to our Director of Software Engineering
  • High-ownership role — This person will take features from requirements to production, so we need someone who communicates clearly, asks questions early, and cares about the details.
  • We're bullish on AI. Ideal candidates are excited to use AI tools to move fast, but grounded enough to keep humans in the loop on anything security- or trust-sensitive.
  • $100k-150k DOE
