Project Summary
A Hobby Lobby lot is the first thing a customer touches and the last thing they remember. They pull in, park, walk the length of the lot with a cart, load up, and drive off. Long before anyone reaches the front doors, the pavement has already told them whether this store is cared for. Faded stripes, a cracked lot, and gray, tired asphalt say one thing. A clean, black, freshly striped lot says another.
Diamond Solutions keeps those lots sharp, store by store, across the country. To date, Diamond has completed 53 projects for Hobby Lobby across 35 store locations in 12 states, from full sealcoat-and-restripe refreshes to crack sealing, targeted asphalt repair, and concrete and mortar patching. The program has grown the way retail relationships should: one clean lot at a time, with stores calling Diamond back when the next location is due.
The value is the same at every store: one partner who can size the work to what the lot actually needs, get in and out in a couple of days, and leave a store looking cared for without ever closing it for business. That is what turns a single store refresh into a national program.

PICTURED PROJECT: Conroe, TX
A complete parking-lot refresh at a busy Texas store. Diamond sealcoated 190,484 square feet in two coats, crack-sealed 6,870 linear feet to keep water out of the base, and restriped the entire site from the ground up: 425 parking stalls, cross-hatches and divider lines, four speed bumps, 70 parking stops, ten bollards, light-pole bases, and roughly 400 linear feet of curb painting, in four colors with a full set of directional, ADA, fire-lane, and no-parking stencils, plus mortar patching on the sidewalks.

Delivering Across the Portfolio
PHASE 1: ASSESS EACH STORE ON ITS OWN TERMS
No two lots wear the same way. Diamond evaluates each Hobby Lobby store and scopes it to what the pavement actually needs. A full sealcoat and restripe at one store, crack sealing and a few asphalt repairs at another, rather than one template applied everywhere.
PHASE 2: RIGHT-SIZED SCOPE
The work matches each lot's needs. Sealcoating and striping to bring a sound lot back to new, crack sealing to protect the base before small cracks become big ones, and targeted asphalt and concrete repair only where the surface has actually failed. Each store sized to the real condition of its lot.
PHASE 3: KEEP STORES OPEN
A retail store can't close its lot for construction. Diamond phases and stages the work around store hours and customer traffic, section by section, with clear access maintained so shoppers keep coming and the store keeps selling while crews are on site.
PHASE 4: ONE STANDARD ACROSS EVERY STATE
Wisconsin to New York, every Hobby Lobby store gets the same standard of work and the same accountability. That consistency is what lets a national retailer hand its lots to one partner and stop worrying about how each store looks from the parking lot.
STANDOUT PROJECT
Conroe, TX (pictured)
A full parking-lot refresh: 190,484 square feet of sealcoating in two coats, 6,870 linear feet of crack sealing, and a complete restripe of 425 stalls with speed bumps, parking stops, bollards, curb painting, and a full set of ADA, fire-lane, directional, and no-parking stencils, plus sidewalk mortar patching. Captured with aerial drone photos.
Onalaska, WI
One of the largest jobs in the program, and a repeat relationship. This project was a major lot refresh at a high-traffic Wisconsin store that helped open Diamond's work with Hobby Lobby in the Upper Midwest.

One Partner, One Point of Contact, One Technology to Track Everything
Across 12 states and 53 completed projects, Diamond Solutions has become the pavement partner behind Hobby Lobby's stores, from a full sealcoat-and-restripe in Conroe to lot refreshes and repairs from Michigan to Florida to New York. Every store gets the same assessment, the same right-sized scope, and the same commitment to keeping the doors open while the lot gets brought back to new.
For a retailer with stores in nearly every state, that's one fewer thing to manage location by location. One call, one standard, one partner who shows up and makes the lot, and the store behind it look safe and cared for.
